When will I see the first results?

Results vary from person to person. Some may begin to notice improvements within the first six months, while others may need more time. Consistency in product use is essential for best results.

Where are Epigenhair products produced?

All our cosmetic products are designed and manufactured in Italy. Our laboratory is located near Mantua.

Are Epigenhair products made with natural ingredients?

Epigenhair combines high-tech pharmaceutical active ingredients with technologically enhanced natural bio ingredients.
We use peptides and growth factors along with innovative natural active ingredients such as Pumpcoll, present in our conditioner, Purplemind, in our supplement, and Luminescine, in our shampoo.

To ensure maximum effectiveness, we have also studied the best way to protect and deliver these active ingredients, particularly those contained in the supplement.
Thanks to DRcaps® technology, we can ensure a targeted and protected release of sensitive ingredients, optimizing their absorption in the intestine and improving their bioavailability.

What hair types are Epigenhair products suitable for?

We've created an essential hair care routine that's suitable for all hair types, for both women and men.

Do the formulas contain parabens?

Our formulas do not contain parabens.

Can Epigenhair products be used during pregnancy?

We recommend that you consult your doctor before using our products during pregnancy.

Are the products safe to use while using retinoids?

Epigenhair products can be used while using retinoids.

Are the products suitable for Afro/textured hair?

Epigenhair products are suitable for all hair types.

ORDERS AND SHIPMENTS

How can I update my order?

Please email us at hello@epigenhair.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or change your order. We will do our best to process your request before our fulfillment center processes your order.

How can I check if my order has been confirmed?

Once your order and payment are confirmed, we'll send you an initial confirmation email to hello@epigenahair.com . You'll then receive a GLS email with updates on the status of your shipment. You can also provide instructions to GLS both before the first delivery attempt and after the first delivery attempt if the driver doesn't find your home.

How can I check the status of my order?

Upon purchase, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email from Epigenhair, and a subsequent email with GLS tracking once your order has shipped.

Where does Epigenhair ship?

Epigenhair currently only ships to Italy.

What are the shipping rates?

Shipping rates are applied based on the amount and destination of your cart. The standard rate is EUR 6.60 per shipment.

What are the shipping times?

In Italy: 4 business days. During peak periods (such as Christmas) or in adverse weather conditions, delays of 24-48 hours may occur.

How can I change my shipping address?

If you've already placed an order, you may still be able to change your shipping address. If your order has already been processed, we won't be able to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible by email at hello@epigenhair.com .

RETURNS

What is the return policy?

All returns must be processed within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email hello@epigenhair.com with your order number and information about the items you wish to return. If the product is damaged, you will receive a full refund to your original form of payment. Original shipping costs are not refunded. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please remember that to return a product, it must never have been opened or used.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Refunds usually take about 2 weeks to appear on your bank statement.

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

What forms of payment do you accept?

Epigenhair offers two payment methods: credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or PayPal. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks, bank transfers, or money orders.

What can I do if my payment is declined?

Here are some things to check if your payment was unsuccessful:

Please check that your card billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match those entered in our system.
Your card issuer may have declined the payment. Check with them before trying your card again.
